A PERFECT COPERATE CIRCLE, AN ENTREPRENEURS KEY TO SUCCESS

“You cannot fly with the eagles as long as you hang out with the chickens” It is essential for every entrepreneur to understand that the success of a firm or company can be limited by his/her team (cooperate circle), that is to say those you employ or incorporate in your business can either make you company grow or destroy you company’s. This can be very bad especially for young entrepreneurs and startups it can be detrimental.

                So how can young entrepreneurs and startups build the perfect cooperate circle that will help them achieve excellence in the field of business? That was the next question I asked myself and I discovered three unique steps in achieving this.

1.     Disassociation

Just as the quote at the beginning of this write up, as long as you are associative with the wrong people you will continually suffer limitation, some young entrepreneurs may say it does not matter who I share my dreams and ideas with. But I tell you some people are super pessimist, dream killers, they never have or come up with an idea of their own yet they see the down side in everybody’s brilliant ideas. If you desire speedy success you would have to disassociate yourself from such people, don’t go confronting them just keep a safe distance.

2.     Defined Association

“Spend major time with positive influence and minor time with negative influence” say Myles Monroe. Every entrepreneur should learn to spend more time with people who are optimist, people who see’s you even greater than you see yourself, people who believe in you and can draw out your potential, people who can help you pursue your goals and inspire you to greater heights.

3.     Expanded Association

Learn to make friends with your mentors. There are people who have succeed in that field of business you desire to go into and these people have over time grown to become multimillionaires over the years, and you ask yourself how can I make friend with him/her? You can do that by reading their biography, reading book they authored attending their shows, seminars and talks. Watch videos of these people , conduct research on them to find out what made them extra ordinary.
