Intellectual abundance has proven as one key
tool for cooperate success since
its often said that a chain is as strong as its weakest link, and at such every
individual must be up to speed. This takes us to the question, “what is
intellectual abundance?
Intellectual abundance is a state of having vast
knowledge and understanding in various fields of work and life in general, how
can one achieve this?
1.Study consistently: one must
learn to give time for reading, listening and willingness to learn, this must
not be something you once in a while but something you commit your time to,
doing it regularly.try not to be myopic in learning also you must try to practice what you’ve learnt.
2.Get a mentor: this is also a
vital stage for intellectual abundance as a mentor will become a major source
of inspiration and motivation for you, read book from your mentor as it allows
you to rub minds and better understand this individual. Go through his
biography, see his mistakes and learn from. Attend seminars and conference with
speakers similar to your mentor.
3.Read Autobiographies of
great people: Learn to always find time to read through the biography of great
men and women as this will give you ideas and sharpen your ability think. It
will also inspire you to do more.
4.Be an enthusiast for
knowledge: be enthusiastic towards attainment of knowledge, be eager to ask question and open
to receive answers, as it will broaden you understanding.
5.Filter knowledge: some ideologies
are junk learn tyo differentiate what will add to you and what will corrupt
your mind.
