We keep on wondering the "what"
and "how" of Human resource development now we hope to treat both.
WHAT?
Human resource development is the process
of equipping individuals with the understanding, skill and access to information,
knowledge and training (physical and mental) that enables them to perform
effectively. That is training an
individual to maximise his/her potential and producing efficiency in the
society.
We
would like to explain briefly some of the above stated means of
development."Understanding" ,"skill”, “training"
Understanding: this is a very vital role in
ones development without understand why you are doing what you are doing there
is a great possibility of failure. you must understanding "what", "why"
,"how", "when" in order to develop yourself
Skill: Every individual has the potential
to improve on a particular skill or learn something new this also increase the
value of an individual and it such increase productivity and efficiency of the
individual.
Training: teaching or learning a particular
skill or type of behaviour through sustained practice and instruction. in other
for one to develop there must be continuous training physical and mentally
individual must not relent or be satisfied with the norm.
HOW? There are different means of
developing one’s self but this development must be driving by passion or it may
end half way, the first thing to consider is your passion develop yourself
towards your passion and goal, desire growth in your field of work or business
first.
